General Provisions

All rates quoted are exclusive of GST, which will be an additional 18%.

Mobilization Advance

If selected for the work, a mobilization advance of 15% of the quoted amount shall be released upon shifting the materials to the site. Additionally, 5% shall be retained as a security deposit until the defect liability period (6 months as per industry standards), with bank rate interest (8%) payable for the outstanding amount.

Concrete supply

 The company will supply ready-mix concrete with a pump for the entire pouring. In case of any required site mixing, an additional charge of 120 rupees per bag will be applied.

Electricity and water

 The company will provide electricity and water free of cost for construction and camping facilities.

Labour camp

Construction of the labour camp is within our scope. The company will provide space for the camp and store.

Consumables

The company will provide binding wire and cover blocks.

Machinery provision

 The company will supply machinery such as a bar bending machine, bar cutting machine, and lifting hoist.

Block works

The client will supply blocks, sand, and any admixtures. Cement will be procured by us under our GST registration, and the corresponding cost will be invoiced to the client without any financial impact on them. This approach offsets our non-GST purchases, such as fuel and consumables.

Plastering works

 The client will supply sand, mesh, and any admixtures. Cement will be procured by us under our GST registration, and the corresponding cost will be invoiced to the client without any financial impact on them. This approach offsets our non-GST purchases, such as fuel and consumables.

Disposal and Utility Arrangements

The client will support the disposal of waste, as well as electricity and water arrangements.
